Amani Beauty Refund & Return Policy

At Amani Beauty, we want you to love every product you receive. If there’s ever a problem with your order, you must let us know within 5 days of receiving your package by emailing AmaniBeautysa@aol.com After the 5-day window, we won’t be able to process any refund or replacement because our suppliers require quick reporting.

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. To approve your request, we’ll need a clear photo or video showing the issue, plus your order number. Once we receive your proof and confirm the issue, we’ll either replace the item or refund you back to your original payment method.

Please note, Miss:
– We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
– We also don’t issue refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or delays caused by couriers beyond our control.

If your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 5–7 business days. We’re always here to help, so if anything feels off with your parcel, don’t stress — just email us within the 5-day window and we’ll sort it out for you.
